We now have an FAQ list that we hope will help you
answer some of the more common ones.
1. What do I need to provide?
For whatever piece you want designed (Logo, Flyer, Brochure, Postcard, Banner, etc…) we need to know SIZE (pixels, cms, or inches) you want it to be in, and the CONTENT to include (text, any images or I can provide some, and logos if any)
2. I have already a concept in mind, can you do it?
Yes of course, that is our Job 🙂
3. Do I get commercial rights for my design?
Yes, All our designs include the commercial rights. So, you can reproduce it with no limit, and use it anywhere.
4. How many revisions will you provide?
We provide three revisions per order.
5. What is a revision?
Revisions are small changes that do not affect the overall design a.k.a minor change (e.g.) “Change the color from black to white.”
6. What happens if I need more changes than the revision allows?
We strive to gather as much information as possible and will communicate as much as possible through the process to capture your vision in first order itself. If you change the complete concept, then you have to place new order.
7. I need a digital mock-up for marketing purposes
A digital mock-up of your final design will be included in every order
8. Do you work with vector files and provide source files?
Yes we do most of our projects in Adobe Illustrator and we do provide the source files as well so you have editable graphics, text, colors with fonts embedded for any future changes.
